Travel and Accommodation

If you are planning to travel to Chitwan from Kathmandu by bus/coach to participate in the IBS2017, please contact to Dr Rebanta K Bhattarai at rkbhattarai@afu.edu.np, or 9855055572, 9855081572. He will guide you for a tourist bus ticket (expense is yours) that leaves Kathmandu on 15th Nov early morning from Kamaladi or Jamal (near to Thamel) area.

Local transportation from Airport to hotel and conference venue will be managed by the team of organizer. There will a bus of university and some vehicles for local transportation of the participants. The conference will be held at Hotel Jungle Crown, Sauraha, Chitwan National Park. We have reserved a block of hotel rooms at the same hotel at discounted rates from November 14th to 18th.

Note: Keynote speakers and other prticipants from abroad are kindly requested to contact the Symposium Secretariat for hotel room booking in discounted rates, prior October 15, 2017.
