  • To design and conduct research based undergraduate and postgraduate academic programs in the field of agriculture, animal and forest biotechnology
  • To produce skilled academic human resources with techniques of modern biotechnology that can address the issues of animal health, conservation of indigenous plant and animal genetic resources and challenges in agriculture in the country
  • To develop the linkage with national and international institutions for collaborative research and exchanges
